NORTHUMBERLAND, ENGLAND, May 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Thirty Four accolades were awarded to timeshare and fractional ownership industry companies and professionals during a lavish six course gala dinner that marked the end of the inaugural Global Networking Expo at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas.
Those that attended GNEX 2011 found out who the winners of this year's coveted Perspective Magazine Awards were first hand during the celebrations on the evening of 12th May, when the shared ownership industry's leading independent trade publication presented winners of the 34 award categories with beautiful crystal trophies.
After 9 months and more than 150 nominees, online voting was opened for just four weeks and in that time accrued over 2,350 online votes from industry professionals. Those votes were then converted to points and added to the blind judging results from three industry veterans to produce the final results of this first of its kind awards program that included some categories vying for regional titles, with the premier awards denoting the best worldwide.
