Ashford Global IT CEO Angel Prusinowski has formalized an articulation agreement with ITSM Academy to present state of the art certification training in IT Service Management. Under the terms of the articulation agreement the new training curriculum will focus on ITIL V3 classes.The New Offering. ITSM will function as the delivery institute for the self-paced training opportunity designed for professionals to train for the ITIL Foundation Certificate. ITSM will provide educational media environments that are fully interactive where trainees can participate in self-testing in competency-based management scenarios and applied activities.
The occupational title trainees will be certified for is the Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE). The CPDE training program leads to certification as a process design engineer.
