WOODBURY, NY, June 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) LBi Software has been chosen to host a session on automated HR help desk solutions at the OHUG 2011 Global Conference held at the JW Marriott, Orlando, FL on June 19-23, 2011: "Automated HR Help Desk Solution for Rapid Response, Efficient Case Management, and Improved Employee Satisfaction" at 2:45 PM Monday, June 20, 2011. Attendees will see how they can free up critical HR resources for more strategic projects while improving the response rate to employees and accuracy of information sent back in response. They will see how current web technologies can be employed in conjunction with case management software to log, track and facilitate the resolution of employee queries while building a knowledgebase to act as a repository of information to use with future queries.

Attendees will see a demonstration of CaseMananger, LBi Software's HR Help Desk application.
