WINFIELD, IL, June 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) Award winning Baby Sherpa presented champion funny car race driver and expectant mother Ashley Force Hood with the hands-free, 4-in-1 diaper backpack and a race-car Safe2Go child safety harness backpack at the recent World of Wheels car show in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Sherpa CEO, Heather Campbell-Dewar and her family are drag race fans and have met Force Hood and her father at various races in the United States. Ashley Force Hood is the daughter of 15-time NHRA Funny Car national champion John Force. On April 27, 2008, Force earned her first ever NHRA professional win, defeating her father in the final round, and becoming the first woman to earn a win in the Funny Car class at the NHRA Summit Southern Nationals.
