Paul Niggebrugge, coach of the 3 time champion baseball team, Caravel Academy Buccaneers and former NY Mets and Boston Red Sox player is holding baseball training camps for ages 8 to 18 at Caravel Academy this summer starting June 27th, 2011.

2011-06-09
BEAR, DE, June 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) BePaul Niggebrugge, coach of the 3 time champion baseball team, Caravel Academy Buccaneers is holding baseball training camps for ages 8 to 18 at Caravel Academy this summer starting June 27th, 2011. There are four programs offered:

Arm Care & Velocity Throwing Program
Pitcher' s Development
Hitting for Power
Developing All Star Baseball Skills

"Nothing works unless you do" says Paul Niggebrugge."The Caravel players believed in themselves and in each other. Their work ethic and effort 6 days a week both mentally and physically is the reason they are Champions today. This talented group of young men deserve to feel happy and proud of their accomplishments.

Paul' s A.S.A.P. Game Changer system helped Tyler Williams, Brock Niggebrugge, Adam Pugh, Austin Niggebrugge and the team deliver a championship performance.

Tyler Williams was able to hit .571 using his learned 'pre-at-bat-routine' where you flush negative emotion and focus on the controllables...behavior, effort, attitude & mistake response. Finding the "Happy Place" and taking batting practice with calculated distance and speed of the pitcher simulating actual game speed and pitches enabled Tyler to hit with power and consistency in the tournament games.

Brock Niggebrugge & Adam Pugh proved that you can turn Pressure into Pleasure through breathing patterns and visualization/imagination to get out of several tough jams throughout the game and finishing strong striking out the side to secure the wins. In addition our Long Toss program enabled our pitchers to go the distance without fatigue, soreness or injury...4 complete pitched games!

Austin Niggebrugge worked very hard playing freely and uninhibited by not only hitting .417 but also playing great defense and stealing bases. His ability to 'read' pitchers pitches and pitchers pickoffs led Caravel to take advantage and place constant pressure on the opponents. Learning how to take your Head out of the game and playing with your Heart especially when the stakes are high!

For more information about the camps starting June 27th, 2011 or Paul' s A.S.A.P. Game Changer System, go to http://www.TheDelawareBaseballCamp.com or call (302) 834-4650.
