2011-06-10
WEST HARTFORD, CT, June 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Al Lowry, is announcing the June 2011 CT REIA monthly meeting for real estate investors. This event will take place on Monday June 20, 2011, from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 100 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT. This event is free for CT REIA members and $30 for not-yet-members.

Dr. Albert Lowry has become America's premier authority on real estate investing. From an early age Albert's childhood struggles made him keenly aware of how much he wanted financial independence. He began fulfilling his dream by getting his real estate license and learning how to sell property. He rapidly began acquiring duplexes and triplexes, and did the routine maintenance himself. He continued building his portfolio and began expanding his method to include leveraging, rehabilitating, and exchanging his investments. Within a very short time, he mastered the real estate market and began creating the concepts and techniques that are the backbone of the Lowry Formula. Attendees of this meeting will learn: how to buy real estate below market value, why the bank's loss is your gain, how to locate distressed properties, how to research and evaluate foreclosure properties, how to calculate profits, and much more.

CT REIA is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people who want to buy their own home or investment property. Each month, a nationally known real estate investment trainer is featured. Real estate professionals, investors, landlords, property managers, realtors, contractors, wholesalers, rehabbers, and the general public are invited to attend our meetings. For more information on this and other real estate investor courses from CT REIA, please call (860) 265-4414 or visit http://www.ctreia.com .
