Ebuyer.com has been named as Britain's top electricals retailer in a survey carried out by strategy consultancy OC&C in The Times' Business supplement.

The online electronics retailer came top of the survey, which asked consumers to mark retailers on a selection of criteria. The criteria included price, service, value, product quality, and how pleasant the customer found the shopping experience.
