Attorney and Author Jackie Warner, Esq to be Honored As One of "10 Influential Blacks In Business"

NEW YORK, NY, June 17, 2011 (Press-News.org) Jackie Warner, Esq dubbed as one of the most preeminent attorneys and a notable author and speaker will be awarded as one of 10 Influential Blacks in Business by The African American Chamber of Commerce of Westchester and Rockland Counties, Inc. (AACCWR).

Attorney Warner, one of the most sought after attorneys is with the national law firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, in White Plains, New York. She has been helping entrepreneurs start their business and assists in growing businesses via private offerings, joint ventures, etc. With over 19 years of experience with corporate, securities, real estate, banking and estate administration matters, Jackie successfully wrote and published the book The Mini Legal Toolbox for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners which provides addresses entrepreneurs and small business owners with valuable tools needed not only to survive but thrive. Her second book in The Mini Legal Toolbox series entitled Raising Capital for Your Business; Understanding Private Offerings will be released in July 2011.

Attorney Warner, who has appeared on TV and radio talk shows discussing a variety of legal topics, has been an Instructor for CEO Space International, Inc., a recognized organization which assists business owners and entrepreneurs reach their full potential.
