SAN FRANCISCO, CA, July 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) Urban Pioneer Property Management has done it again! The company has secured a long term contract to handle property management and leasing services for a five unit apartment building in the Cole Valley district of San Francisco, California. Urban Pioneer is excited to welcome this newest building and its residents into its family and anticipates a long and copacetic relationship with both the building's owner and its tenants.
Cole Valley is one of San Francisco's most sought after neighborhoods. With its boundaries of Stanyan Street to the west, Carmel Street to the south, Clayton Street to the east and Waller Street to the north, it is well situated to take advantage of nearby meccas for tourism and San Francisco flavor, such as the Haight-Ashbury district and Inner Sunset district. The area is known for its mom-and-pop establishments and Urban Pioneer is proud to join such a vibrant and established neighborhood.
Cole Valley, popular with the dot-com set during the late 1990s and most famous for being the home of Craigslist founder Craig Newmark has seen a resurgence lately. The area is popular with an affluent subset of young professionals as well as residents and staff from the University of California, San Francisco. Urban Pioneer Property Management will handle all of the leasing and tenant management, accounting, reporting and construction management for the property.
Urban Pioneer is San Francisco's premier property management company offering a full range of management services: accounting, reporting, leasing, construction management, tenant screening and relationship management.
