World Centric Named One Of America's Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs 2011 By Bloomberg Businessweek

Bloomberg Businessweek recognizes sustainable Silicon Valley certified B Corporation, World Centric, for its commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

PALO ALTO, CA, July 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) World Centric, a leading supplier of foodservice and retail compostable products, has been named among the top social entrepreneurs of 2011 by Bloomberg Businessweek. Since its inception in 2004 as a non-profit and now as a for-profit since 2009, World Centric remains committed to reducing environmental impact to the planet and offers consumers a more responsible choice in place of traditional plastics and Styrofoam(tm).
