Ventana Research Announces the 2011 Business and Technology Leadership Awards

The leading business technology research firm issues its fifth annual call for nominations to recognize individuals' and organizations' leadership and accomplishments

SAN RAMON, CA, July 08, 2011 (Press-News.org) Ventana Research today is announcing that the 2011 Leadership Awards are open for submissions. These prestigious annual awards recognize organizations and individuals that have achieved notable success in business. These fifth annual Leadership Awards once again will acknowledge significant accomplishments in using people, processes, information and technology and applying best practices to attain superior performance. They recognize business pioneers and leaders - organizations and individuals that exemplify the understanding that the successful management of their processes and performance requires a clear vision, understanding and determination, and the concerted efforts of a team.

"The Leadership Awards honor individuals and organizations of all industries and sizes from across the world that have distinguished themselves in their approach to using business and information technology," said Mark Smith, CEO and chief research officer of Ventana Research. The Leadership Awards have become a industry tradition, with winners identified annually by the research team at Ventana Research. The team examines each submission to evaluate the effectiveness of the nominated organization's use of people, processes, information and technology, the best practices it has developed, the degree of team involvement and the project's business impact and value.

To begin the submission process, interested organizations or individuals can request a submission form by emailing awards@ventanaresearch.com. The submission process must be completed by August 26, 2011.
