The company Ray-Ban is a high end manufacturer of eyewear and sunglasses founded in 1936 by Bausch & Lomb. Each pair of Ray-Bans is manufactured in Italy. In 1999, Bausch & Lomb sold the Ray-Ban brand to now the number one eyewear manufacturer, Luxottica.
