On August 9, attorneys from Kershaw, Cutter, and Ratinoff will present their argument in Federal Court to be considered for lead counsel in the nationwide litigation* against DePuy and Johnson & Johnson arising from numerous complaints from hip replacement patients implanted with the DePuy Pinnacle metal-on-metal hip device.
