Louis Bencardino and Bencardino Excavating Partners with Philadelphia University on New College of Design, Engineering and Commerce Building Project

East Falls-based University Brings Louis Bencardino's Excavation Company on Board

BENSALEM, PA, August 31, 2011 (Press-News.org) Philadelphia University, based in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia, will be working with Louis A. Bencardino and Bencardino Excavating for the complete site work excavation for its new College of Design, Engineering and Commerce (DEC) building.

INTECH Construction, a valued partner of the Bensalem, Pa. excavation company, contracted the company to perform a complete site work excavation package. The excavation crew will handle demolition of existing student housing, all utility relocations and all new storm, sanitary and water utilities. They will also complete 10,000 yards of cut to fill, excavation and backfill for the new building, and all final grading and paving. The crew on this project is led by Project Manager Dave Fink and Foreman Ron Krajewski, Jr.
