WARRINGTON, PA, September 01, 2011 (Press-News.org) The State of West Virginia, a customer of software design and business solutions provider DBA Technologies, LLC, presented a stellar review of DBA Technologies custom software product at the Community Action Partnership 2011 Annual Convention in San Francisco, Calif.
Shelly Woda, an Information Specialist with the W.Va. Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity, praised the efficiency and success of West Virginia's statewide data system and DBA Technologies copyrighted product, DBA FACSPro . Woda, along with other Community Action professionals, spoke on a "Statewide Data System Strategies" panel. The individuals spoke to the lessons learned and critical success factors discovered while utilizing and developing these systems.
"We are proud to have one of our customers, business partners and long-time DBA FACSPro users speak so kindly of us at such a ground-breaking industry event," said DBA Technologies Owner and President, David Bassion. "DBA FACSPro facilitates the state administration of federal dollars, Community Action Agency reporting, and client intake services in one easy and comprehensive package. This software solution makes it easier for state officials, non-profit managers and service providers to handle administrative responsibilities, and more effectively serve the people who need assistance."
DBA FACSPro was developed by DBA Technologies of Warrington, Pa., in collaboration with dedicated and caring individuals from the State of West Virginia and the Community Action Partnership of North Alabama. Other partners include the states of South Carolina, Alabama, Michigan and Utah - all continually contributing suggestions for new system capabilities.
The system helps facilitate better outcomes for clients in accordance with ROMA guidelines. Intake workers use DBA FACSPro directly with clients to capture essential information. It incorporates programs for which clients are eligible, and helps intake workers manage program enrollment. Outcomes are then tracked as services are provided. Managers in Community Action Agencies are able to review information in the system at an individual level, as well as across the organization. Essential management reports are easily generated directly from the system. DBA FACSPro also assists with organizational governance through a module that tracks board participation, decisions and necessary documentation. At the state level, information is aggregated for the entire state. State leaders can then review programs, generate reports and meet federal reporting requirements.
