DOYLESTOWN, PA, September 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) On Wednesday, October 13, 2010, attorney Allan Goulding, Jr., a partner with Bucks County law firm Curtin & Heefner LLP, will lead a continuing legal education (CLE) program on the changes in Pennsylvania state laws regarding the recovery of automobile insurance policy benefits at the Bucks County Bar Association in Doylestown, Pa.
Goulding will discuss recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court case, Tannenbaum v. Nationwide and the new state law which the case established pertaining to the auto insurance statute of the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Act. The new law will result in changes to the way damages are secured after automobile accident claims.
The program is open to the general public and CLE program participants will receive one substantive credit. The program will begin at 8:30 a.m. with refreshments. Fees to participate in the CLE event are: $30 for bar members; $45 for non-members; and $15 for individuals who are not attorneys. Allan Goulding, Jr. has more than 20 years of experience as a trial attorney. Torrey Hills Technologies, LLC today announced that its furnace manufacturing facility received a follow-on order of 32 furnaces from an existing customer, China United Cleaning Technology Co. The customer, located in Guangxi Province of China, is specialized in solar cell manufacturing.
