Generational Expert Kim Huggins to Speak as Part of "GENerate Performance! The Impact of a Multigenerational Workforce on Business Today" Panel

HARLEYSVILLE, PA, November 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) Generational communications expert and President of K HR Solutions (www.khrsolutions.com), Kim Huggins will serve as moderator of the "GENerate Performance! The Impact of a Multigenerational Workforce on Business Today" panel sponsored by Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society (PHRPS). The program will be held on Nov. 15, 2011 from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Independence Visitor Center in Philadelphia.

As part of PHRPS-sponsored quarterly program series, the panel will feature senior level business leaders such as Gina F. Rubel, Esq., CEO of Furia Rubel Communications, Inc.; Dina A. Galeotafiore, Senior V.P., Human Resources for NBCUniversal, Inc.; Jason Conrad, HR Business Partner, IMS Consulting Group and Marty Lutz, V.P., Sales for Endo Pharmaceutical. Led by Huggins, the panelists will discuss the many advantages and challenges that a multigenerational workforce offers and will delve into specific issues such as recruiting, retention, customer service, succession planning and employee engagement. The business leaders will also address the topic of workplace communication, which is a generational difference that significantly impacts business today. They will provide guidance regarding how to best leverage social media and technology while accommodating the needs and desires of a multigenerational team and customer base.

A nationally-recognized speaker and author of "GENerate Performance! Unleashing the Power of a Multigenerational Workforce," Huggins frequently speaks on the subject of leading the generations in the workplace. She has delivered informative and engaging presentations and training sessions at major corporations and conferences nationwide such as Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, the Eastern Pennsylvania Healthcare Executive Network, the Society of Human Resources Management Staffing Management Conference & Expo and the Department of Defense Leadership Summit, to name a few.
