The Entrepreneur's Source Selected as One of Top 50 Franchises for Minorities

North America's Leading Career and Franchise Business Coaching Company Recognized by National Minority Franchising Initiative and USA Today

2011-11-23
SOUTHBURY, CT, November 23, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Entrepreneur's Source (E-Source), the franchise industry's leading career and business coaching company, today announced it was selected by the National Minority Franchising Initiative (NMFI) as one of the nation's Top 50 Franchises for Minorities.

The NMFI selected 50 franchisors from more than 450 participating companies. The rankings are based on several factors that include the company's historical performance, brand identification, franchisee satisfaction and percentage of existing franchisees that are minority-owned. Each franchisor was required to submit its most recent Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and marketing package for prospective franchise owners. The list of top franchises was published in the November 4, 2011 issue of USA Today, in the Franchising Today section.

"To be recognized on this list is a true testament to our brand's connection to today's professional minorities looking to control their own destiny by becoming self-sufficient," said Brian Miller, president and COO of E-Source. "Our growth and success is due to our dedicated and driven business coaches and entrepreneurs. Without their passion and commitment, we would not have the honor of being ranked amongst some of the nation's leading franchises."

E-Source, a valued member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) Diversity Board, is thoroughly committed to supporting diversity within the franchise industry. The IFA Diversity Board works to build awareness of franchising within minority communities and to increase the number of minority franchisees, franchisors and suppliers.

E-Source has more than 25 years of experience in helping make franchisors and their franchisees more profitable. With more than 230 offices in the United States and Canada, E-Source presents prospective franchisees with new business opportunities that complement their goals, needs and expectations, while delivering franchisors the right individuals to grow their concepts.
