Victory Steps caters to women who struggle with compulsive eating, food addiction, emotional eating, low self-esteem, lack of motivation to exercise, self-sabotage and too much stress in their lives.

2011-11-23
ATLANTA, GA, November 23, 2011 (Press-News.org) Barbara lost 25 pounds, Janice lost 80 pounds and Bonnie lost over 100 pounds, these ladies are certified Christian Weight Loss Coaches with Victory Steps, a new online faith-based weight loss program specifically for women. This new health and wellness program offers weekly coaching sessions over-the-phone worldwide, and it caters to women who struggle with compulsive eating, food addiction, emotional eating, low self-esteem, lack of motivation to exercise, self-sabotage and too much stress in their lives.

Today's modern day woman is expected to take care of children, wash the clothes, cook the food, earn a lot of money all while looking thin and sexy at the same time. The stress of trying to balance finances, family and personal self-care is leaving women completely exhausted and worn out. Many women are turning to food to ease the pain of a recent divorce, job loss, the demands of taking care of children and poor body image. This is why the Victory Steps Christian Weight Loss Coaching Program was created, to address the pressing issues that affect today's modern Christian woman.

"When you have a tough situation and you can't see your way through, you have to call out to God for help..." says Victory Steps creator Bonnie Mechelle. Once a size 28, Bonnie personally experienced the pain of what it's like to be a binge eater, compulsive overeater and emotional eater. Bonnie was able to go from a size 28 to a size 8 by calling out to God for help. She later became a holistic nutritionist, fitness instructor and spiritual life coach then created Victory Steps to, "release women from the emotional and physical bondage of being overweight."

This program is for Christian women who need to lose weight and develop a self-care plan. The coaches are a kind and caring group of women that pray for clients and with clients, plus teach their clients how to develop healthy eating and exercise habits. Victory Steps has a 6 week plan for: grocery shopping, healthy cooking strategies, reading nutrition facts labels, boosting self-esteem, working out, journaling, prayer and bible study. When the 6 week coaching program is completed, clients have the option of continuing on with a monthly coaching sessions with their personal coach. There's no other program like Victory Steps .

A free journal exercise called "Deliverance from Depression" is offered on the home page of their website.
