Sol et Vita Launches Gluten Free Lip Balm and Organic Soaps

Sol et Vita, based in Scottsdale, AZ, has launched its new website featuring high quality gluten-free SPF15 lip balm and organic handmade soaps.

2011-11-25
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, November 25, 2011 (Press-News.org) Sol et Vita (http://www.soletvita.com), which means "Sun and Life" in Latin, brings balance to nature and life with simple, natural products containing minimal ingredients.

Many people have been increasingly selecting organic and natural food products as well as growing their own gardens in an effort to eat more pure and wholesome foods. Along that same line, there is a growing trend to select simple and natural beauty products. Traditional personal care product labels often have a long list of ingredients, some of which are and difficult to determine what the item is or why it's necessary in the product.

In the case of people with significant allergies, such as Celiac Disease, wheat protein, which is commonly found in many beauty products, can cause skin irritation, rashes, acne and eczema in those with high sensitivity to the ingredient.

Sol et Vita's lip balm is smooth and moisturizing without being waxy or greasy. Ingredients include organic palm oil, beeswax, organic virgin olive oil, flavor, organic hempseed oil, vitamin E and rosemary extract. Octinoxate and Oxybenzone provide the SPF15 coverage. The lip balm is available in Citrus, Mint, Vanilla and Unscented Natural. Lip Balms are sold in packs of three and variety flavor 4-packs are available.

The USDA certified food grade organic soaps are made from organic coconut, palm and olive oils, aromatherapy essential oils and utilize rosemary as a natural preservative. Soaps are free of artificial fragrances, colors, preservatives or synthetics. The soaps are available in Lemongrass, Rosemary Herb, Lavender, Shea Butter and Peppermint. Soaps are sold in packs of two and variety scent 5-packs are available.

Sol et Vita's focus is on using organic, natural and minimal ingredients in high quality products the whole family can enjoy.
