Setster Announces The Release Of The Worlds First GeoEUR"Appointment Mapping Application For The Web

Locations Search Returns are Plotted and Appointments Set Directly on a Google Map.

2010-09-23
LOS ANGELES, CA, September 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) Setster, the innovative http://www.setster.com/online-appointment-scheduling/ online appointment scheduling company has created the first fully integrated location mapping service that provides real-time appointments for service providers across multiple locations.

Now, retail chains, franchises, multi-unit business and multi-location service providers can plot their locations on a map and have their users set http://www.setster.com/online-appointments/ online appointments; all from a location search. The Geo-Appointment Map comes up as an overlay and can be called from any image or search box on any web page. For users, the location search is intuitive and keeps them on the same page as the search.

Every multi-location business maps their services with a location search. The results of the search are plotted on a map embedded in a site. Until now, web browsers had to open new pages to follow-through with contacting the location. With the enormous drop off when linking in mind, Setster created a solution that provides immediate action that converts web traffic into tangible revenues.

While marketing regionally, nationally and globally, Multi-unit businesses drive traffic to their website; yet have little control over the response rate of their unique local units. Once a search takes place, it is left up to the user to go outside the system to contact the provider causing a massive drop in retention and conversion. Scheduling appointments directly from a map gives businesses a real-time conversion of that customer and analytics that give them a transparent view into their global success on a localized level.

Three Buyers Fighting for One Spanish Property? Not Unusual in Murcia's Camposol

2010-09-23
Whilst the Spanish property market is in many ways a shadow of its early 2000s self, there are certain regions that are vastly outperforming others. Take the month of June in Murcia for example. According to the National Institute of Statistics 1,308 homes changed hands that month in Murcia compared with a national average of just 99. And why is this? Price. At Camposol in Mazarron you can pick up a two bedroom fully-furnished terraced home for 50,000 euros (41,000 pounds) - where else in Southern Spain can you do that?
