HUNT VALLEY, MD, March 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Effective March 1st, 2012, Atlas Tracks, Inc. of Tualatin, Oregon will formally merge into Beynon Sports Surfaces, Inc., and Beynon Sports will be the resulting company and brand.
The merger will allow Beynon Sports to increase their operating leverage as the industry's largest vertically integrated designer, manufacturer, and installer of high performance track and field and gymnasium athletic surfaces. This union will also better serve the thousands of existing domestic and international clients as well as all future customers.
