2010-09-25
CARY, NC, September 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) Business IT Professionals, Inc. (Biz IT Pro), a Microsoft Gold Certified CRM consulting & training firm, is now offering a CRM training bootcamp that will provide attending users and technical professionals with certification opportunities and introduce them to important new features from the upcoming CRM 2011. The bootcamp will also include a course for professionals on methods for creating CRM integrated web portals, which will be taught by ADXSTUDIO, who recently developed new CRM portal accelerators on Microsoft's behalf. This bootcamp is the latest in a popular nationwide series of BizITPro bootcamps, and will begin in Atlanta, Georgia on January 10, 2011.

Biz IT Pro's certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM instructors Tim, Mitch and Steve will teach both customer relationship management professionals and developers basic CRM implementation, and equip them with the skills necessary to handle specific issues that may be encountered in the planning and execution of custom Dynamics CRM projects. As an added bonus, they will incorporate new content and features from the highly anticipated CRM 2011, which will not have an official training curriculum until quarter two of 2011.

Biz IT Pro's initial bootcamp, from Monday, January 10 to Saturday, January 15, will cover 8 days worth of Microsoft training in 6 intense days of certification preparation. It includes the following courses:
• 8911: Implementation and Deployment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
• 8912: Customization and Configuration for Microsoft CRM 4.0
• 8913: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Applications

Upon completion of the certification bootcamp, Biz IT Pro will offer additional training for technical users and .Net developers wishing to become more proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Attendees of the initial bootcamp interested in gaining more experience are encouraged to stay on and attend the first course of the extended bootcamp, which requires no developer skills. The extended bootcamp, which will take place from Monday, January 17 to Friday, January 21, includes:
• 80003A: Workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
• 8969: Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for .Net developers
• A301: CRMSDK, Portal Accelerators & Content Management for .Net developers

The final course, ADX-PA301: CRM Portal Accelerator Developer Training is a new offering from Biz IT Pro. This course will allow developers to learn installation, implementation and modification of accelerators for customer service, event, and partner portals from the authors of the latest CRM portal accelerators themselves. These portals are based on the new CRM 4.0.12 SDK, built on the technology from award-winning ADXSTUDIO XRM products.

"The nationwide success of our 2010 bootcamps is a testament to the fact that we are running one of the top training programs in the country," said Steve Noe, president of Biz IT Pro. "Our training personnel are at the head of the industry; they are all full-time, certified CRM experts who use the software on a daily basis. Their experience enables us to provide training that goes far beyond certification requirements to arm customers with solutions to real world CRM issues." Noe went on to explain that the training doesn't stop there though: "As we move forward toward the release of CRM 2011, our content is evolving to cover more and more of the new changes. Since the Microsoft official courseware and exams will not be available until mid-to-late second-quarter, we will be using more and more 2011 content to make sure that our students are as prepared as possible for the new version of CRM."
