CAI Conducts 2012 Policies & Benefits Survey For North Carolina Employers

Human Resource Management Firm Collects Data For Localized Analysis On HR Policies And Employee Benefits

RALEIGH, NC, March 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Bruce Clarke, president and CEO of CAI (http://www.capital.org), a human resource management firm that helps organizations maximize employee engagement while minimizing employer liability, has announced that the firm is actively conducting research for its 2012 Policies & Benefits Survey. Open through Friday, March 30, the survey will serve as a reference point for those working in the areas of policy and benefit planning, covering health and welfare benefits, time off, pay, practices, retirement plans, workplace culture, recruitment and staffing, and termination. Survey questions will pertain to both nonexempt and exempt employees, and results will be reported based on workforce size. Updates have been made to the 2012 survey to address wellness, work environment, social and corporate responsibility, social media usage, employee recognition and internal performance appraisals. An analysis of results can be expected to be available in June.
