Located at 2401 W Alta Rd, Peoria, IL 61615, the apartments include scenic views, spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom layouts, and a luxurious clubhouse that includes a lounge, fitness room, and swimming pool. They are conveniently located near major shopping and dining areas such as the Grand Prairie shopping center.
Additionally, with the change in management, Principle Property is moving their offices from their prior location on the West Bluff of Peoria. The Principle Property team is now working right out of the Prairie Vista clubhouse. This move allows them to better serve the residents of Prairie Vista by having their management team available to respond immediately to resident questions and concerns. Residents have the ability to actually walk into the clubhouse and meet with their property management team face to face.
