CARSON CITY, NV, September 27, 2010 (Press-News.org) Taking a novel "retro" approach to vertical wind turbine design, Dorje has produced a vertical wind turbine that is easily adaptable to a wide range of energy needs and site conditions.
What makes Dorje Inc's new wind turbine so unique? Their design paradigm is unlike any other turbine builder, combining proven historical methodologies with ultra-modern technological advances and materials. For example, the Dorje vertical turbine combines traditional mechanical wind-power concepts with such high-tech innovations such as rare-earth magnetic bearings and high output generators. The Dorje vertical wind turbine uses magnetic levitation or "maglev" bearings to eliminate the friction of the weight of the vertical impeller.
Because the design is so accessible, Dorje Inc has achieved the unique ability to configure their turbines to fit their customers' power output needs, even well after installation. Generators and electrical components can be upgraded or replaced on-site with simple tools. The wind turbines' inventor, Dorje president Don Jarrett, has developed a load modulation system that allows the turbine to be optimized to fit customer's power output needs even at low wind speeds, giving Dorje, Inc's turbine a unique advantage over all other previous vertical wind turbine designs. Dorje, Inc is releasing their design to the public starting October 1, 2010. For more information on the turbine or any of Dorje, Inc's products or services go to http://www.green-renewable-energy-solutions.com or call 800-682-4950
nspired by the pioneers who brought us into the modern age, research & development staff at DORJE have designed a combined heat & power system that is packaged for nearly any average home. For further information, please contact us at 800-682-4950
