ROME, ITALY, May 11, 2012 (Press-News.org) International superstar Madonna is heading to Rome for a concert at the Stadio Olimpico next month.
The American music icon, who released her 12th studio album MDNA in March this year, will perform in the Italian capital on Tuesday June 12th and has promised to deliver a typically spectacular live show.
According to an official statement, Madonna's concerts on the MDNA Tour will include "state-of-the-art technical components including the largest video screens ever created".
Having performed to a worldwide audience of more than 112 million people at this year's Super Bowl, the 53-year-old artist remains one of the music world's biggest stars.
As well as new songs such as Give Me All Your Luvin, she has global smash hits including Vogue, Like A Prayer, Papa Don't Preach and Ray of Light in her back catalogue.
Madonna is due to appear at outdoor arenas and stadiums throughout Europe and North America in support of her latest album. Tickets to see the Material Girl in Rome can be purchased online, priced at EUR51.75 (GBP41.60) plus booking fee.
The concert is due to begin at 20:00 local time.
