The new website reflects the expertise that was held within Jones Donald Strategy Partners as an organisation, while also highlighting the additional research techniques and products available as a result of the alliance. This includes ZMET - a patented qualitative market research technique developed by Professor Gerald Zaltman at Harvard Business School. ZMET is grounded in neuroscience and is used to help identify the underlying feelings and motivations of human behaviour.
