In the report, Gartner identified VOIPFUTURE as one of 4 companies that enable communication service providers (CSPs) to transform network-related data into business outcomes. Gartner states that the featured Cool Vendors address two strategic goals of CSPs, namely efficiency and hyper connectivity.
