Citrin Cooperman Adds Colleen S. Vallen, CPA, CFF to Lead Valuation & Forensic Services Practice in Philadelphia

Philadelphia Accounting Firm Adds New Partner

DOYLESTOWN, PA, June 14, 2012 (Press-News.org) Citrin Cooperman announced today that Colleen S. Vallen, CPA, CFF, has joined the Philadelphia office as the lead partner in this office's Valuation & Forensic Services practice. Previously a partner with ParenteBeard, Vallen has spent more than 15 years focused on forensic issues, fraud investigations, forensic litigation support and economic damage analysis. She also possesses broad experience in financial document analysis, investigation and review and the preparation of court-related materials.

With a practice that spans a range of industries, Vallen has served clients in construction, financial services, horse racing, insurance, manufacturing, hospitality, medical, retail and utilities, to name a few. Vallen is skilled in case planning and management, financial and economic analysis, the preparation of expert reports and providing expert witness testimony. A frequent lecturer, she has been engaged by the legal, banking, utility and insurance industries to speak on fraud and investigative matters and teach continuing education courses. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
