Stephens, owner and president of Eco-Green Air, Inc has earned a certification from North American Technician Excellence (NATE) as a Service Technician for Air Distribution. NATE is an independent, third party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certifications.
Stephens earned certification by passing a stringent NATE exam. The exam reflects a consensus industry opinion on what qualified technicians should know to effectively install and service HVAC systems. Additionally, Stephens holds NATE certifications in Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Geothermal, and Gas Furnaces. Stephens also holds all three NC Mechanical licenses making him one of the most credentialed technicians in the area.
