Young Screen Actors Academy Summer Camps

YSAA Summer Camps for kids and teens are finally here

2012-06-28
VANCOUVER, BC, June 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) Young Screen Actors Academy summer camp for kids and summer camp for teens runs through July and August for five consecutive days per session. These camps will explore all aspects of film and television including commercial auditions, voice over, series and film auditions.

There are two levels available in both programs, depending on your level of experience. For the newcomer wanting to explore the world of acting, the Level I course is an excellent way to introduce one's self to the business, learn the tools of the trade and the three important elements that every professional must know.

Level II for kids or teens is for those that have completed Level I or already have some experience with acting. This is a more advanced version of Level I and includes morning classes that are dedicated to the emotional connection workshop that only YSAA offers, followed by afternoons committed to intensive work that will be filmed and sent to parents at the end of the week.

Graduates of the Young Screen Actors Academy include Calum Worthy (Austin & Ally, The Big Year, Smallville), Avan Jogia (Victorious, iCarly, Gym Teacher), Julia Sarah Stone (The Year Dolly Parton Was My Mom).

Young Screen Actors Academy offers all levels of professional acting classes that develop the young actors talent and confidence. Our actors can be seen on nearly every series and film shot in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and around the world. It is our mandate to train passionate, professional young people who not only excel in acting but maintain their regular education and youth oriented experiences as well. Please visit http://www.youngscreenactorsacademy.com for information on these summer camps.
