BKD Promotes Jeremy Clopton To Managing Consultant

SPRINGFIELD, MO, June 30, 2012 (Press-News.org) Jim Snyder, BKD, LLP managing partner, announces the promotion of Jeremy Clopton to Managing Consultant. Clopton delivers unmatched client service, embraces change and shows dedication to the firm's values and the accounting industry. He assumed the new role on June 1, 2012.

Career paths at BKD are divided into levels, and each position is defined by its own set of duties, responsibilities and competencies requiring cumulative and advanced degrees of education, training and experience. Personnel also must demonstrate their leadership abilities as coaches and mentors, as well as active community members. Individuals become candidates for promotion after successfully mastering their existing level.

"This is an important career milestone that brings with it additional opportunities and challenges," Snyder said.

Clopton specializes in providing fraud investigation and forensic data mining services. He assists with fraud investigations through a variety of tasks, including interviewing employees, obtaining evidence, examining documents, analysis of large data sets and estimating losses.

He is a 2005 summa cum laude graduate of Drury University, Springfield, Missouri, with a B.A. degree in accounting.
