CHICAGO, IL, June 30, 2012 (Press-News.org) Sweet Leaf Tea is proud to support Chicago-based non-profit organization Friends of the Parks as they conduct their annual L.A.T.E. Ride event by offering the company's delicious organic iced tea beverages to all in attendance. An event designed to help raise funds for the restoration of parks and the development of innovative after-school programs for youth, Sweet Leaf Tea will be supplying refreshing drinks to help cool off cyclists as they ride for a cause.
An annual non-competitive event that takes place June 30th, cyclists will ride 25 miles under the moonlight through Chicago neighborhoods. Sweet Leaf Tea is supporting this worthy cause by offering their line of thirst-quenching teas to the about 8,500 participants. Riders will have a chance to indulge in an array of flavors such as, Original Sweet Tea, Green Tea, Raspberry, Peach and Diet Citrus when they complete the race.
