Techno E-Book Simplifies Christianity For Mobile Readers

Christianity for the Average Joe is an E-book that conversationally explains Christian beliefs in simple language. It's written for skeptics, agnostics, and those who are curious about the Christian religion and read on mobile devices.

2012-07-01
DAYTON, OH, July 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Christianity for the Average Joe explains the main Christian concepts in a conversational language that is easy to understand. It's written by Chip Tudor who is a professional copywriter and a pastor at Fairhaven Church in Dayton, Ohio.

"My goal was to make Christian beliefs simple to grasp for those well acquainted with technology, but not so familiar with Christianity," says Tudor. "So I tried to make it informative, fun to read, and in a form that's compatible with mobile devices."

The E-book's non-threatening approach appeals to inquisitive minds that want to explore Christianity without having it rammed down their throat. It avoids theological terms that often confuse people and doesn't quote Scripture. Instead, it uses everyday examples to illustrate points.

Topics addressed include: What is faith? What is sin? Who is Jesus Christ? What is God really like? What distinguishes the Bible from other religious books?

"The E-book is geared towards multi-taskers that productively maximize their time," says Tudor. "It offers them a meaningful way to occupy free moments in a busy schedule."

The 12 short chapters can be read in brief periods of time. And this works well for mobile users that read in short snatches, like while working out on an elliptical, waiting for an appointment, or eating a meal.

Although Christianity for the Average Joe is not written for theologians, it's consistent with traditional Biblical teachings and Christian doctrine. It's available at Amazon.com and can be downloaded onto a Kindle, comparable tablet or Smart Phone.
