LOS ANGELES, CA, July 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) Under Apollo Security Systems and its president, Clifford Crane, the AP-IRT transmitter, along with the AP-IRC receiver, work together to form a solidly unmatched checkpoint access system. What makes this door security system unique is partly its basis on a direct line of sight between transmitter and receiver. Interference from secondary sources and/or other security systems, even of the same make or model, have a very low chance of accidentally triggering the operation for which it was not designed. The AP-IRT and AP-IRC do, however, work through see-through materials such as glass and plastics, helping to protect the vehicle occupants who carry the AP-IRT.
The AR-IRT transmitter manufactured by Clifford Crane's Apollo Security Systems is small enough in size to attach to a key chain and is also a solid matte black color with a solitary, easy button for activation. The transmitter itself sends an encoded signal that is programmed with a distinctive, guarded facility code, making it practically impossible to crack even if thieves tamper with the hardware itself.
The AR-IRC receiver piece by Clifford Crane and Apollo Security Systems uses a normal Wiegand interface and looks like a stainless steel light switch cover housing a two-color LED light indicator. The AR-IRC receiver can pick up communication from the AR-IRT transmitter at a distance of up to 25 feet outdoors and 80 feet indoors. To boost its range, Apollo also offers receiver with an even higher sensitivity that effectively doubles this range. Both the AR-IRC and the AR-IRT mesh expertly with Clifford Crane and Apollo Security Systems' other access control hardware as well as most other Apollo interfaces and controllers.
Clifford Crane founded the company of Apollo Security Systems, Inc. in 1987 in Newport Beach, California. Apollo Security Systems is a profound leader in the manufacture and development of high-tech biometric security systems of all types. Constructing every single one of its products in-house in its on-site factory, Apollo specializes in identity confirmation, alarm networks, and general protection systems. Apollo has clientele in over 70 countries and has international offices in Prague, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Sao Paulo.
