VANCOUVER, BC, July 13, 2012 (Press-News.org) K5 Learning, an online reading and math program for kindergarten to grade 5, has been awarded the 2012 Creative Child Magazine Award for Media of the Year in the Online Educational Media/Website category.
The Creative Child Magazine awards stand out from other industry awards in that all products submitted are reviewed by moms and educators at a two-day event attended by more than 100 guest reviewers. In order to be considered for review, these products have to stand out as nurturing a child's creativity.
"We value awards that take the review process as seriously as Creative Child Magazine has," comments Asa Zanatta, Chief Mom Officer, K5 Learning. "To have over 100 guest reviewers go to task with K5 Learning over a two-day period and to receive the top award in the online educational media category is a great honor. We'd like to thank Creative Child Magazine and all its reviewers for the time they spent with K5 Learning and for their dedication to finding products that help kids build the skills they need."
Creative Child Magazine is a national bi-monthly publication that provides parents with the latest information on how to nurture their child's creativity. It is published by Scooterbay Publishing, Inc. in Henderson, Nevada. The winner of the 2012 Awards will be published in the Holiday Bonus issue of Creative Child Magazine due out in November.
