OTTAWA, ON, July 29, 2012

Snowed In Studios, an Ottawa-based video game and interactive media developer, has officially released their first gameplay video for Windforge; a building-block RPG for PC currently under development.

The video showcases the ship creation process in Windforge, alongside its physics and collisions system for destruction. Important points on ship building covered in the video include placement of ship scaffolding, creation of the ship body, placement of essential ship components, and arrangement of blocks for effective ramming.

"We're excited that players will have complete control over the items they build in the game, as well as how to use them" said Evan Hahn, Co-Founder of Snowed In Studios and Creative Director of the project. "The video shows only some of the ship components you can build with. I can't wait to show off the more advanced ship features that we are working on."

Supported by the OMDC Interactive Digital Media Fund, Windforge is currently in development and is expected to be released later this year.
