Jeanne, co-founder of the Green Buddha line of products, is a long time yoga instructor in the San Francisco Bay area. The Green Buddha is the creation of the mother and daughter team of Jeanne Dowell and Dana Dowell Windatt. "For me, ita all started after I went to a grief workshop," says Jeanne, which "recommended that everyday we write about something we are grateful for and what it does in our lives, and I quickly felt the positive power of this attitude of gratitude." Jeanne's daughter adopted the new writing ritual, and the two started to brainstorm ideas for sharing their new attitude with others. Dowell asked her daughter to illustrate the concept of a clothing line which reflects and inspires a spirit of gratitude.
