Tim Shelley Joins Glenn Aldridge in Forming Aldridge Shelley, PC in Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA, August 04, 2012 (Press-News.org) Tim Shelley and Glenn Aldridge are joining forces to expand the certified public accounting practice of Aldridge Shelley, PC, formerly operating as K. Glenn Aldridge, PC. Glenn Aldridge formed the original firm in 2009 to provide best of class service for small to middle market businesses and not-for-profit organizations. The new firm expands their capabilities and builds upon the three decades of experience they have serving some of the Southeast's most well respected organizations.

Prior to forming Aldridge Shelley, Glenn served as an audit partner and the director of not-for-profit services at two top 25 Atlanta CPA firms. He is an active audit instructor to top 100 CPA firms nationally, state accounting societies and the AICPA. Glenn is pleased to have Tim as a partner. "We are excited to build on the firm's original vision of making a positive impact on our community by serving our professionals and clients each day," says Glenn. Tim Shelley is the founder of The Argon Advisors, an advisory firm that provides financial reporting and advisory services to SEC registrants and other middle market companies. Tim will provide financial accounting and reporting services as well as audit and assurance and related consulting services to organizations ranging from development stage companies to those in the Fortune 1000. Tim's prior experience included working in the private equity and audit practices of KPMG and Arthur Andersen for 10 years, where he served some of Atlanta's fastest growing and largest software and technology services companies. He also led the technology and life sciences practice of a large regional accounting and consulting firm where he was a partner for several years.
