Orthodontist Dr. Mark Reynolds in Greensboro NC Receives Ormco Ingenuity Award at Annual American Association of Orthodontics Meeting

GREENSBORO, NC, August 16, 2012 (Press-News.org) Orthodontic supplier Ormco awarded Greensboro orthodontist Dr. Mark Reynolds the 2012 Ormco Ingenuity Award during the latest meeting of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).

Dr. Reynolds received the prestigious award in recognition of his dedication and service for the local community. Specifically, he gained support from four local dentists for a high school student needing more than $50,000 worth of dental work. Through the Guilford County chapter (founded by Dr. Reynolds in 2010) of the Smile for a Lifetime Foundation, the patient received all services and materials free of charge.

The Ormco Ingenuity Award began when Ormco Corporation and the Smile for a Lifetime Foundation joined together in 2010 in their mission to provide free orthodontic treatment and services to underprivileged children throughout the country. The non-profit organization sponsors hundreds of qualified patients across the United States every year.
