NJRVDA 3rd Annual Fall RV EXPO Set For Six Flags Great Adventure September 21-23

The New Jersey RV Dealers Association is holding its 3rd Annual Fall EXPO at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ. This easily accessible location is expected to draw RVers from New Jersey as well as New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.

2012-08-16
TOMS RIVER, NJ, August 16, 2012 (Press-News.org) Three years ago, the New Jersey Dealers Association set out to offer the region's RV buyers a show and sale to compete with other regional RV shows. While they knew they could put on a quality event, they didn't realize that in just a few years, they would need to find a larger venue.

The NJRVDA has found just that with Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ. Six Flags is the largest amusement park in the Northeast with easy access from the New Jersey Turnpike, exit 7A. This year's show is three days, September 21st, 22nd, and 23rd.

"This is a perfect location to broaden our audience to those who live in Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware and even Maryland," said Walter Hynes, NJRVDA president. "Everyone in this region knows Six Flags Great Adventure and realizes how easy it is to reach."

Following the success of the first two shows, the dealers are confident they will be representing most of the new products available. As of mid-August, here is a sample of some of the products that will be on sale: Tiffin Allegro, Allegro and Phaeton Pushers, Thor Motor Coach diesels, Four Winds, Chateau, Damon, Winnebago and Itasca gas and diesels, Airstream Van Campers, Winnebago Van Campers, Pleasure Way Vans, Road Trek, Forest River class C and B Plus, Itasca Navion, Coachmen gas and diesels, Jayco gas and diesel, Entegra diesels, Sportscoach diesels, Berkshire diesels, and Show Hauler diesels.

On the towable side, there will be a huge selection of travel trailers, toy haulers and fifth wheels from Keystone, Jayco, Rockwood, Primetime, Shasta, Coachmen, Crossroads, Forest River, Cedar Creek, Salem, Sierra, Wildcat, Surveyor, Big Horn, Trail Runner, Sundance, Viking, Dynamax Trilogy, Columbus, Work and Play, Jayco and Airstream, just to name a few.

The NJRVDA is banking on the fact that consumers prefer to purchase closer to home in order to establish service relationships with local dealers. "Recent history shows that service can be a logistic problem for orphan customers who make purchases hundreds of miles from home," said Hynes. "We have seen that our show has been a win/win situation for the customers, dealers and the manufacturers," Hynes concluded.
