NEW YORK, NY, August 25, 2012 (Press-News.org) Lauran Bonaparte, Managing Partner of Lauton & Foxton Capital Partners and a UK based private investment house have executed an exclusive representation agreement to introduce US projects to these funds.

"This agreement was a long time in the making and our team is excited to have the exclusivity," states Lauran Bonaparte. "We are hopeful that qualified projects will result in expedited financing for our clients."

The Kingdom Capital Fund is a private fund which secured financing from Middle Eastern Investors. The fund is specific to participating in US projects focused on the Oil and Gas industries.

The Catalyst Fund is an open-ended private fund which secured investors from Asia, the Middle East and Europe. The fund's concentration will be in Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Media and Technology sectors.
