LONDON, ENGLAND, September 03, 2012 (Press-News.org) Goldsmiths, the leading high street jeweller, has announced its support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, from September 2012. The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity exists solely to support the work of The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre that is at the forefront of cancer research, providing treatment and care for more than 40,000 cancer patients every year.
Collection boxes and Royal Marsden Cancer charity pin badges will be available in Goldsmiths' nationwide portfolio of 118 stores and customers will be encouraged to make online donations via a Just Giving page, linked to its transactional website www.goldsmiths.co.uk. Goldsmiths' employees will also be taking part in sponsored fundraising events such as the London Marathon to support the cause.
