COLUMBUS, OH, September 03, 2012 (Press-News.org) Barre workouts are all the rage because they are proven to produce lean, strong legs, flatten abs, toned arms and a firm butt. Utilizing a ballet barre, controlled movements, interval training, yoga and Pilates inspired exercises - you will experience greater flexibility, increased strength and visible results no matter your current fitness level.

BarreFusion's total body sculpting, high-energy, low-impact workouts will effectively and safely transform your body. All workouts are aimed at getting your body into the shape you want it to be. BarreFusion workouts target body areas in which women struggle - the core, hips, thighs, butt and arms. The goal is to achieve the long, lean look of a dancer's body without wearing and tearing the joints.

All fitness levels are welcome and NO dance experience is necessary. You don't have to be a dancer to get a dancer's body.

BarreFusion classes begin October 1, 2012 and will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6am to 7am. More classes will be added to the schedule sometime soon.

To get you started, BarreFusion is offering a new member special promotion of $100 for one month of classes. Class passes will be available after your first month. Single class price is $20 per class.
