Sacramento Movers Train Mover To Be Customer Service Representative

SACRAMENTO, CA, September 06, 2012 (Press-News.org) Sacramento Moving Company recently promoted one of their movers to the position of move consultant. John Carpenter has been with the company for almost three years working hands-on, doing all the heavy lifting. Before working as a mover, John had a history working in data protection. Now he has a desk in the office and he spends his work days speaking to customers over the phone, booking moves and addressing any customer questions or concerns.

John has been in his new role as a customer service representative for about a month and is happy with his new position. When asked what he likes best about his new position with the company, John replied, "The air conditioning!" A cool office building is definitely something to be thankful for during move season when the summer heat is its hottest. Movers at Sacramento Moving Company work in over one hundred degree weather, meanwhile lifting heavy appliances and furniture items. This level of physical exertion can be grueling especially when done on a day-to-day basis.

John's hobby is photography and he brings his passion for it into the workplace.
