Spectrum Athletic Clubs "Workout" A Deal For New Members...$0

Free Enrollment Coincides with National Yoga Month & Intro To New Workout Classes

2012-09-07
LONG BEACH, CA, September 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) Spectrum Athletic Clubs, luxury fitness facilities with 12 locations throughout the greater Los Angeles and Santa Barbara areas, will waive its enrollment and processing fees during September in an effort to attract those who have considered incorporating exercise into their lives but have never taken "that first step." According to Leslie Weisbrook, vice president of Spectrum Athletic Clubs, the no-fee incentive coincides with National Yoga Month, giving the public a chance to explore the new world of yoga. Those taking advantage of the offer will realize approximately $200 in savings.

"We hope that by waiving our enrollment and processing fees in September that we can encourage those who have considered introducing exercise into their lives to take action, as doing so will significantly improve the quality of their lives," said Weisbrook, who said that studies show that those who exercise regularly are healthier, more positive, have more energy and get sick less often than those who don't. "The timing is especially good as September is dedicated to observing the ever-changing world of Yoga. Some of our popular versions of yoga include Yoga Dance Rhythm and YOGAthletica, which introduce intensity in an endeavor traditionally associated with serenity. There's also music-free yoga for those who prefer silence and pre- and post-natal yoga to help new moms stay in shape during and after pregnancy."

Weisbrook added that in addition to yoga, Spectrum offers a wide variety of classes that help eliminate the drudgery of working out including a wide number of exotic dance classes, Pilates, cycle, cardio kickboxing, Zumba and Physical Funk.
Those considering enrollment are encouraged to check with their family doctors before joining the club in their area: Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Pacific Palisades, Canoga Park, Rolling Hills Estates, Howard Hughes Parkway, Valencia, and Thousand Oaks.
