LOS ANGELES, CA, October 08, 2010 (Press-News.org) It's official: Pardee Homes has been voted the favorite homebuilding company by some 11,000 respondents who took part in the Los Angeles Daily News annual poll of businesses serving the Greater San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. Balloting in the paper and its website ran through the month of June, according to Tim Bearer, LA Daily News media consultant.

"We ask our readers to vote for their favorite businesses, and they tell us about everything from the area's best hospital to the best Mexican food," said Bearer. "This year, for the first time, we asked about new home developers, and Pardee Homes was the winner.
