LateRooms.com - Watch the Four Nations Final in Brisbane

The two finalists in the Four Nations Series between Australia, England, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea will meet in Brisbane.

2010-10-08
BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA, October 08, 2010 (Press-News.org) Rugby league fans will be flocking to Brisbane in their thousands next month in order to watch the Four Nations final at the Suncorp Stadium.

The match is due to take place on November 13th 2010 following a challenging tournament schedule, in which Australia, England, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea will face off against each other.

When the competition kicks off in Wellington on October 23rd with the match between the Kiwis and the Poms, it will be the first Four Nations game to take place in the southern hemisphere.

Home crowds, including people staying in some of the cheap accommodation Brisbane has available, will be hoping the Kangaroos can repeat their victory in the inaugural Four Nations in 2009.

Last year's tournament saw Australia clash with their bitter rivals England in the final at Elland Road, Leeds, with a flurry of late tries helping the Aussies to record a comfortable 46-16 victory.

Australian Rugby League chairman Colin Love described the rivalry between Australia, England and New Zealand as "intense" and claimed that Pacific Cup winners Papua New Guinea "can mix it with anyone on the day".

This could mean that Brisbane CBD hotels customers with tickets for the final are in for a cracking match.

Admission to the clash costs from A$30 for adults and A$20 for four to 12-year-olds.

LateRooms.com recommends an array of Brisbane accommodation, such as the Novotel Brisbane.

For more information on this event, visit the Suncorp Stadium website or contact the venue on (+61) 7 3331 5000.

New Nitrile Glove Lowers Risk of Dermatitis in Health Care Workers

New Nitrile Glove Lowers Risk of Dermatitis in Health Care Workers
2010-10-08
Healthcare workers depend on gloves to keep them safe from bloodborne pathogens. But gloves can cause skin irritation or allergy in the health care worker as well as the patient. Due to increased latex sensitivity and allergy to natural rubber latex, many health care facilities have moved to non-latex glove options, including nitrile gloves. However, because of the chemical additives used during the manufacturing process, even nitrile gloves can cause irritant contact dermatitis as well as the more serious Type IV chemical allergy.
