GAYLORD, MI, September 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) Hospice of Michigan will celebrate the opening of its northern hub office in Gaylord on Tuesday, Oct. 9 with a daylong open house and an official ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Chamber of Commerce will join HOM for the official ribbon cutting at the new facility at 830 S. Otsego at 3 p.m. Members of the community are invited to join HOM and the Chamber for light refreshments and an opportunity to tour the facility until 7 p.m. Media are welcome to attend the event.
"The new hub location will be the heart of service operations in the northern region, and represents the commitment by HOM to provide the highest quality end of life care to the residents of Northern Michigan," said Jeanne Marriott, a marketing representative for HOM. "Our new Gaylord office provides us with a larger space and will serve as a centralized location for staff education, business operations and data management."
In addition to the Gaylord office, Hospice of Michigan's northern region includes offices in Alpena, Rogers City and Traverse City.
